Richard Check is the majority shareholder of the Bankruptcy Law Office of Richard A. Check, S.C. where bankruptcy law is the sole focus of his practice. He provides effective advice and legal representation to many clients, both individuals and business in the areas of debt resolution, relief from creditors and asset protection, helping them to resolve issues of debt through bankruptcy. Mr. Check’s firm has earned a reputation in the state of Wisconsin for the advocacy provided to clients in personal bankruptcy and small business-related bankruptcy service.
Richard Check has been practicing for 31 years and is licensed to practice law in the states of Wisconsin and Indiana. Mr. Check is admitted to practice law in the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. Attorney Check is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and is the only Attorney from Wisconsin who is admitted to the American Consumer Bankruptcy College. He is a regular speaker on Bankruptcy related topics to other attorneys and professionals. Richard graduated from Indiana University from the Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business and graduated from Indiana University Law School with a Doctors in Jurisprudence
